Zatarain - CC's baby the Rabbit needs a home
CC came to us having just given birth to a large litter on Feb 13th, 2017, just a day or two after being found as a stray. She came to MHRR with 7 babies - Tony, Hubig (boys), Domino, Abita, Zatarain, Zapp, & Moonpie (girls).
The remaining 2 girls Abita & Zatairan are living together. They are generally laid-back and chill, and curious. They have been very sweet at adoption days. They are about 90% with their litterbox (all pee, most poop). They have been around very gentle dogs and done fine. It would be great to see them adopted together, but they would do OK separately as well.
This pet is fostered in Baton Rouge, LA.
All MHRR rabbits are spayed or neutered and are now microchipped (previously tattoed with "MHR" in the ear). Adoption fees are $50 for single bunnies or $80 for already-paired rabbits. Adoption days are held at Petsmart on Millerville in Baton Rouge (see our website for dates) though we can also schedule appointments outside of those days.
